Logistic Coordinator

Duties Overseeing cargo transportation chain operations in Mozambique for Mozambique project Coordinating Contractors and transport providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments Works with Contractors assist with domestic and international shipments, with regard given to shipping transit time and associated costs Support the quality system by creating and maintaining, procedures, and records, as applicable Liaising with other Departments, Affiliate and Suppliers overseas to ensure the property equipment is supplied Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure compliance and alignment with Company requirements and contractual obligations Produce weekly activity report (cargo, air, road, etc…) Acquire basic HSE awareness by knowing the One-MAESTRO framework, the TEPMA1 HSE & biodiversity policies, and the 12 Golden Rules Comply with mandatory HSE trainings (HSE Induction and the e-learnings One MAESTRO etc.) Supports the HSE policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements; Build good relationship with Government Institutions involved in the customs formality’s requirements Ensure that benchmark and set performance targets are in place and are revised for each logistics service provider Ensure Overall Environment, Health and safety of Operations and Contractors are working Safe and environmentally friendly manner Ensure smooth cargo coordination and transportation services in Mozambique Ensure the reconciliation of service exceptions through generation of applicable reports and data (overdue service dates, excused service failures, refresh reports, etc) Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals Fonte: https://www.emprego.co.mz/vaga/logistic-coordinator/
