Description
Fighting Malaria with Social and Behavior Change in Mozambique (FMSBC) is a five-year USAID funded project with the joint goals of a) increasing the adoption and maintenance of key malaria prevention and treatment behaviors; and b) improving malaria social and behavior change capacity (design, implementation, and monitoring) by key malaria stakeholders including the Ministry of Health. FMSBC is focused in Nampula, Zambezia, Manica, and Cabo Delgado provinces. Key malaria behaviors of focus for FMSBC community activities include:
Correct and consistent use and care of insecticide-treated nets
