Human Rights & Civil Society Engagement Manager

Requisites University Degree in Law, Social Science or related discipline Experience in working in partnerships with governments, academia and civil society organizations at a local, provincial, national levels Experience with CSO at an international level is an advantage Experience of developing and delivering strategies in a professional practice area Knowledge of international standards, laws and frameworks related to human rights Knowledge of industry best practice in private sector management of human rights issues for oil & gas, extractives sector Knowledge of international best practices in the development field Ability to lead and work in a team consisting of specialized development practitioners Strong interpersonal and communication skills Computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Great capacity to produce reports both in English and Portuguese Fluent in English and Portuguese (speaking, reading and writing) Fonte: https://www.emprego.co.mz/vaga/human-rights-civil-society-engagement-manager/
