Junior Accountant (m/f)

Duties  Guarantee the control and monitoring of Insurance (Workmen's Compensation Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance)  Ensure all vendor invoices are posted in time  Send emails to suppliers requesting the statement for verification and ensuring that all invoices are accounted  Sending pop after payment with the list of invoices paid and slicing updated statement;  Control Petty Cash  Deal with Intercompany, processing WHT and payment to supplier  VAT process – ensure that all invoices are sent to TAX consultants  Assist in the calculation of taxes INSS, IRPS, IVA, IRPC  Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures  Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data  Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted  Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements  Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients  Generate reports detailing accounts payables status  Understand expense accounts and cost centers Requisites  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field  Minimum 2 years of work experience  Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, Primavera and Power point)  Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in a timely manner  Fluent in English language written and spoken Notes • Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted
