Logistic Coordinator (m/f)

Duties

• Tracking cargo from the loading destination to the Warehouses or Port, whether bulk or containerized
• To deal with all legal documentation necessary for the entry of the merchandise into national territory
• Confirm to the customer the receipt of the cargo in the warehouses or in Port
• Request the shipping lines empty containers for packaging purposes in the case of Export
• Coordinate the process of packaging of the cargo to the containers, the process of bagging (bulk cargo)
• Perform physical reconciliation in warehouses through warehouse reports
• Send the weekly stock to the customer
• Keep the customer informed on the stage of the documents and the ship through daily tracking reports
• Guarantee the delivery of the complete and correct documents to the Dispatcher for the preparation of dispatches
• Ensure that all port costs are paid
• Coordinate transportation of the goods from port to warehouse vice versa
• Ensure that all costs related to the movement of the merchandise are invoiced, and that the customer receives the proper invoices
• Import/export file organization
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Requisites

• Bachelor's Degree
• English - Fluent
• At least 3 years of experience
